Kaido & Big Mom’s Shocking Past– One Piece 930+


In chapter 907, Big Mom revealed that in the past she got along with Kaido; however, now it's not the case anaymore!


At the Tea Party, when Luffy clashed with Big Mom and told her that he will beat Kaido, Big Mom said "you won't beat that thing!"


Kaido warned Big Mom that if she tries to step into Wano, he'll "kill" her. Moreover, he addresses her as "Old Hag"!
It looks like she did something abominable and he is still traumatized by it!

The underworld Emperor, pound, and Streusen called her Linlin and in chapter 930, Kaido also called her as Linlin!

So it obvious that in the past they knew each other very well!


Even though Kaido is regarded as the "Strongest Creature" he tasted defeat 7 times. However, we don't know who defeated him.

White Beard said that Shanks and Mihawk used to duel in a daily basis and their daily duels were legendary.

I think in the past, Big Mom and Kaido used to duel on a basis as well.
Kaido can fly and so can Big Mom (Zeus) so most likely their duels not only decimated the terrains but sky island as well!

From her firsthand knowledge, she knows Kaido's strength and that's why she told Luffy he can't defeat that "thing"!

Most likely Kaido didn't manage to defear her either and that's why Big Mom challenge him to kill her if he can.

He is well aware of her insane strength & deranged personality that's why he didn't want her to come to Wano since she would mess up his entire plan!

So most likely, from their daily duels, they both became extremely powerful! I wonder how many Islands they wiped out in the process.

In chapter 418, when Natsu came back to Magnolia, you can see that he had both his arms bandaged. He took off the bandage on his left arm when he went to Lucy's house. LUFFY Vs. KAIDO - GEAR 5th

We will talk about very interesting topic, and that is Luffy's Gear 5. What is Gear 5, how strong is Gear 5 and when will Luffy use this power. Now there are lot of theories out there about gear 5. One that i like is that Gear 5 will be related to nerves. And i totally understand this. Gear 2 is related to blood, Gear 3 to bones and Gear 4 to muscles. But when will Luffy use Gear 5 and does he already learned Gear 5? I think that Luffy learned Gear 5 with Rayleigh. But he probably cannot control it and this Gear probably damages his body too much. and i also think that Luffy will use Gear 5 against Kaido. The question is, how Gear 5 looks like and what are the powers of Gear 5? I think Gear 5 Luffy will become a giant. But why? well. there is no way that Luffy can fight Kaido with his size, he is just too huge. I mean, even Gear 4 would not do any damage to Kaido.
